  • Sports This Year?

7th and 8th graders may participate in middle school athletics. A current physical examination is required prior to participation. Physicals may be submitted to Mr. Millis at Mead. The link below will take you to the required form:

    http://www.kshsaa.org/public/pdf/form-ppe.pdf

Additionally, a concussion and head injury release is required. The link below will take you to that form:

    http://www.kshsaa.org/Public/PDF/KSHSAAConcussionGuidelines2014-15.pdf

NOTE: Cross Country begins almost immediately at the start of school. Practice starts the first week! Because of this, it is important to complete physicals as soon as possible. Join the Mead Cross Country team to become involved in a school activity early on, and for outstanding conditioning for other sports.
