Since Monday is Halloween, students will be permitted to wear a costume with a $2 donation to the school turkey drive. All costumes must meet the following requirements:
- Costumes must meet the school dress code
- Students must be recognizable, so masks and face paint will not be permitted
- Absolutely no clown costumes will be allowed
- Only students who make a $2 donation before school in the foyer or 33rd Street entrance will be allowed to wear a costume.
So find your best costume, bring your $2, and help feed families in need this holiday season!

All tennis players have until this Friday to turn in their uniforms to coach Harris or Powell to avoid being put on the obligation list.
For the students that are interested in trying out for Bowling this winter there will be a meeting in A-7 next Wednesday November 2nd during lunch, please grab your lunch and come down. If you can’t make the meeting please see Mr. Klausmeyer in A-7 or Mrs. Harris- Gruber in D-10.
Today is the day... All men’s soccer team members. Uniform check in will be this Friday at 3:50 in the old varsity locker room. Please make sure that you have both home and away uniforms and socks. If you were on varsity please make sure your warmup top is in your team backpack as well.

If you are interested in learning more about the Free Tuition program for Career and Technical Education classes at Wichita Area Technical College for the Spring semester, you must sign up in B2 by Monday, October 31st with Ms. Arehart. You will NOT be allowed to attend the meeting if you have not signed up by Monday, October 31st. Only those students that have signed up will receive a pass to attend the informational meeting during Titan Time on Tuesday, November 1st. One more time, Sign up in B2 by Monday, October 31st w/ Ms. Arehart to attend the informational meeting about the free tuition program at WATC for the spring semester.
Attention all volleyball players:
The volleyball banquet will take place Wednesday November 2nd right after school in the cafeteria. The banquet will last from 3:45 until 5:00. Please be sure to bring all uniforms and bags that still need to be checked in. See you Wednesday!

It’s back! It’s time to raise money to feed families need by playing everyone’s favorite game….Turkey Ball! The cost per team is $30, and only 16 teams can play; sign up in the CCC ASAP! Watch teams battle it out on November 4th with a $2 donation to the turkey drive. This year we are shaking things up by playing Turkey Ball: Sabotage Edition, so you don’t want to miss it!

Nearly 100 students representing every high school met with Superintendent John Allison to share their opinions about school start and end times and longer school days during the fall SuperSAC Student Dialogue Session.
Just as schools practice fire and tornado drills during the school year, Wichita Public Schools students and staff are learning how to protect themselves in case of a a major earthquake.
