    Apple Enrollment information

     

     

     

    In-person enrollment will take place in the Kelly Library on:

    • Monday, July 25 - noon - 7 p.m.
    • Tuesday, July 26 - noon - 7 p.m.
    • Wednesday, July 27 - 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.  

     

     

    You must show proof of address at the time of enrollment!  

    Pre - K, Kindergarten, and students who are new to USD 259, must submit a -

    Birth certificate,

    current shot records,

    physical exam form

    dental exam forms
