At Enders, all students are assigned either a Family Group (K-2nd, New Students) or an Academy (3rd-5th Returning Students). They meet with their group at least once monthly and learn about either the 7 Habits (Family Groups) or their Academy theme.

Some academy options include: Student Lighthouse Team, Show Choir, Kindness, Yearbook, and Technology. Students are placed based on their expressed preferences.
