Wichita Public Schools has the wonderful benefit of an on-site Licensure Specialist to serve our almost 4,500 certified staff!

Services include:

• Assistance with license renewals 
  • District employees
  • Wichita residents not employed by a public school district

Please note that only official transcripts can be accepted and are due each year by September 10^th* in order to be considered for salary purposes. 

Official paper transcripts may be sent to the Human Resources Licensure Office at 903 S. Edgemoor, Wichita, KS 67218. If sent electronically, they must be sent directly from the university to the Licensure Specialist.

*All documents must be turned in prior to September 10^th of the current school year or your first duty day (whichever occurs later), as mandated by Article V, Section A, Paragraph 3 of the BOE/UTW Teacher Agreement.
