Senior Spotlight - Trey Steadham, Heights High School

Wilbur science teacher wins Excellence in Public Service Award
Tim Elsen, a science teacher at Wilbur Middle School, received the 2023 Excellence in Public Service Award from the Wichita Public Schools.

WPS named one of the Best Communities for Music Education
The Wichita Public Schools has been named one of the 2023 Best Communities for Music Education by the National Association of Music Merchants. This is the seventh time the district has received this recognition.

Distinguished Classroom Teachers recognized
The Wichita Public Schools recognized the 2023 Distinguished Classroom Teacher Award recipients in their respective categories during the April 10 Board of Education meeting.

Students, you can now access Microsoft Office 365 online, anytime, from anywhere in the world. You can access it by going to the RapidID portal, https://portal.usd259.net. Sign in with your district username and password, then click on the link to Microsoft O365. You are allowed to install it on up to 5 devices at home, as well.
