Physical Education Information
Welcome to the Adams Physical Education Classroom!
At Adams Elementary School our goal is to teach our students to be physically literale individuals who have the knowleadge, skills, and confidence to enjoy a lifetime of healthful physical activity. We have 5 fitness components that we focus on in our daily fitness 1. Muscular Strength 2. Muscluar Endurance 3. Cardiovascular Endurance 4. Flexibility 5. Body Composition. These 5 fitness components help students have a healthier life style, as well as become more successful in the classroom!
We encourage our students to wear tennis shoes to PE everyday for the students safety!
