I have been at Gammon since 2011 and have loved every minute of it. My passion is to help my students find a physical activity that they will enjoy for a lifetime. My favorite Leader In Me habit is #5 (Seek first to understand then to be understood) because if everyone would try to listen to other's thoughts, feelings, and ideas then more things would be accomplished and people would feel valued.
