Past projects include:
In the 2015 - 2016 school year, our work group was established. Our first target was to design a protocol which would promote systemic practices in Family Engagement throughout the district. The protocol was approved by ALT in May of 2016.
In the 2016 - 2017 school year, our targets were to develop a rubric to be included with the district implementation protocol, which will support schools in their efforts to evaluate and improve Family Engagement approaches and programs, AND to design a template for the FE Engagement Plan for schools to use to plan their Familiy Engagement work in alignment with other requirements and systems. These targets were placed on Pause and Study in January of 2017, pending study of KESA, and to align with our current systems and practices.
