All WPS staff eligible to receive COVID-19 vaccine – updated 3-2-21
Wichita Public Schools will be receiving enough COVID-19 vaccines from Sedgwick County to vaccinate all WPS staff, including substitutes, who wish to receive the vaccine.

Twelve Wichita Public Schools middle schools will join the Verizon Innovative Learning Initiative to provide internet access, devices and coaches starting in the 2021-22 school year.

Students in the Network Systems pathway at Northwest High School have been learning how to build a computer from scratch thanks to a donation of computer technology components from WSU Tech. The class also provides students experience that can help them complete the CompTIA A+ certification for technical support and IT operational jobs.
