When every school uses these graphics to share the new strategic plan, it sends the message that we are one district with one common goal: Every Student Future Ready | Empowered to Dream, Believe and Achieve.

     

    We ask that you only use these approved versions of the graphic elements in your own materials. Do not change the colors of or distort the icons that are associated with the seven strategic themes. If there is an item related to the plan or general district materials that you do not see here and want to use, contact Suzy Finn at 316-973-4630.

    Use this graphic to add a story to your school website rotator on your main page to tell your school community about the Strategic Plan. 

    Use the text: 

    The WPS Strategic Plan, comprised of Our Mission, Vision and Shared Beliefs, our Long-Term Goals and Strategic Themes, will guide the work of the Wichita Public Schools to ensure all students are college and career ready by receiving an innovative and rigorous education. In July 2018, theme teams created objectives and action plans to support the initial work.

    If your school or building has TV screens that display Scala messages, use this file to update your Scala to include an Every Student Future Ready message.

    Update your school Twitter channel cover photos to the above on or before August 15 (or direct your social media manager to do so).

     

    You are welcome to change these out throughout the year to advertise major upcoming events, exciting school-based announcements, etc. You can always change it back to this as your default when those promotional periods end.

     

    Your social Twitter profile pictures remain a great way to personalize the profile to your school with logos and/or photos of buildings and people.
