WPS Strategic Plan Update

The Board of Education heard an update on the Every Student Future Ready Strategic Plan and student progress on April 8, 2024.

Every Student Future Ready Strategic Plan finalized

On December 11, 2023, the Board of Education finalized the updated 5-year Every Student Future Ready Strategic Plan, which will guide the work of WPS through 2029.

BOE gets first review of the Student Success Outcomes with the updated Strategic Plan

During the November 13, 2023 Board of Education meeting, members heard an update from Superintendent Kelly Bielefeld on the 2024-29 Strategic Plan development, which builds on the success of the 2018-23 strategic plan.  

BOE approves revised Mission, Vision and Shared Beliefs as WPS works towards new strategic plan

The Board of Education adopted new mission and shared beliefs statements during their August 28, 2023 meeting. These will drive development of the major goals for the 2024-29 strategic plan.
