Ellen Awe
I have taught school since my graduation from college in 1983. I took a few years off here and there to raise children and finish a master's degree. I have taught in private and public schools, consulted, and directed a teacher mentor program. I love reading, being with my grandchildren, playing pickleball, and hiking in the mountains. My favorite foods are chicken shawarma, enchiladas, ice cream, and almost every fruit. I appreciate being here at Allison and hope it is a great school year.
Not to toot my own horn, but I have a pretty serious pickleball backhand. 😁

If I am not at work, I enjoy going to concerts, Chiefs games, and making various crafts.
A few of my favorite things include:

Drink: Dr. Pepper
Candy: Junior Mints
Movie: Star Wars

Tina Jordan
Hi, I'm Mrs. Jordan. I love time with my family (especially my grandsons). I also sing, play the violin, and am learning piano. Never too old to learn something new! I have been teaching since 1997 and have been at Allison since 2022 - there is nothing I would rather do! I am very proud of my humility. 😉
Some of my favorite things include: nice ink pens, chocolate, chips (tortilla or potato), and any coffee drink that's caramel flavored!

Carri Davis
Hi, I'm Mrs. Davis. I love coming to work every day and seeing the growth in my students. I enjoy helping those with visual impairments explore and learn the visual world!
I once took 3rd place in a school wide spelling bee. Yes, I'm still impressed with myself. :)
