Robinson students are expected to have their iPads every day at school. They should be charged each night so that students start the day with a fully charged iPad to use in classes. Please help your child be successful by establishing a charging routine to ensure that they are able to bring a charged iPad to school daily. (Charging cords should not be brought to school to minimize loss/theft)

Tech Help Form Click Here (Report damage/lost ipad/lost cords/etc.)

All students needing help with their iPad must fill out a Tech Help Request. They can do so by scanning the QR code on posters located in each classroom/hallways. They can also come to the library to fill out the help form using a kiosk machine, use the link above, or use the app "Tech Help" on their iPad desktop.  (Examples of help include: Lost iPad, lost cord, app not working, broken case, cracked screen, etc).

It is highly recommended that all students purchase technology insurance. Parents/Guardians are responsible for the loss, theft, or damage to the Technology Device assigned to their students. To protect against this risk, WPS has initiated a Voluntary Technology Protection Program for the school year by paying a one-time, annual fee of $30, $15 or $10 per device within 2 weeks of device deployment to the student. You may also pay with cash, credit card or check. Payments may be sent to Robinson via student or parents may contact our bookkeeper, Ms. Tilson in the office to pay over the phone. Please call our office with questions. 316-973-8690.

They access Outlook email through office.com.  Students will find all of the Microsoft applications in the Microsoft O365 tile on the Class Link portal page including student email, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.  Students sign in using their pupil ID in an email format (Ex. 123456@usd259.net) and password.  If a student is giving someone their email address the format is:  firstname.lastname@students.usd259.net for example john.doe@students.usd259.net.  However, they will always sign in with the pupilID@usd259.net.
