    Report Cards

Students will receive grades on a 9 week (quarterly) basis. Progress Reports of how your student is doing in each of his/her classes will be sent home every three weeks. Parents/guardians can always stay up to date on student’s grades by accessing Student Vue/Parent Vue.

    Parent-Teacher Conferences

Every parent is encouraged to attend the Fall and Spring Parent-Teacher Conferences. Parent involvement is critical for the student’s academic success. Your child’s teacher will schedule an appointment to meet during both the Fall and Spring Conferences.

    Pupil Information Form (PIF)

It is the parent(s) responsibility to inform the school when there is a change in address, phone number, place of employment, or emergency phone number. If necessary, the person listed under emergency will be contacted for course of action if the office is unable to contact either the parent or guardian. Emergency services will be immediately contacted if a child experiences a serious or lifethreatening injury. The office will make every effort possible to contact the parent in an emergency.
