• Child Care Opportunities

On November 10, 2020, elementary parents received a message from Assistant Superintendent Michele Ingenthron about being prepared with a childcare plan in case their school pivots to full remote.

For families needing assistance with child care, Child Start can provide information about the type of programs available for elementary children. You can contact Child Start at 1-877-678-2548 to get information. Share with the specialist that you are a Wichita Public Schools family needing emergency care for a now-remote student. They will help you find a center that is accepting school-age students.
