    • Target: Ensure staff have the resources and skills necessary to be prepared for implementation of Marzano Evaluation by established deadlines outlined in the MOU.
      • Goal/Task: Implement the Marzano Evaluation Tool.
        • Task 1: Teacher Evaluation Implementation (MOU)
        • Task 2: Non-Teacher Evaluation Implementation
        • Task 3: Professional Learning and Communication
