Hello Griffith Families,

We are excited to start another year of Physical Education.  At Griffith we thrive on building a solid foundation of health, nutrition, and physical education to kids in hopes to form a healthy platform for their future.  

Please remeber to send your students to school on PE days with the proper footwear.  Sandals and dress shoes that are slick will not be allowed in the gym.  

I graduated with my Bachelor's in Exercise Science at Wichita State University and am working towards my Master's in Education at Fort Hays State University.  I have been teaching Physical Education for 3 years. When I am not teaching, I am coaching cheerleading at Maize South High School or personal training. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and dogs.
