Your Feedback Matters!
Our annual WPS Employee Engagement Survey is available online through December 7. Your feedback here will help us better understand employee engagement and district climate, and it will also allow us to continue to seek your guidance on the investment of ESSER funding designated specifically to help our students recover and excel following the COVID crisis.
Your responses to this anonymous survey will be reviewed and evaluated by district leaders, and will be incorporated into district activities and decision points throughout the academic year, and as we plan for next fall. This assessment will be open to receive employee feedback from Wednesday, November 17, thru Tuesday, December 7. Estimated time to complete the survey is about 10 minutes.
Feedback will be reported to the district community in spring 2022.
