This summer Exploration Place is hosting a series of camps at local community partner sites.
Campers will build their own Lego race car and race to the finish line, Master their own free throw Lego trick shot, build a bobsled and watch their Lego people slide to the finish line, compete for the highest score in a Lego hockey challenge illuminate their own future city, design their own dream home, create robotic animal side kicks and step into the world of augmented reality when your Lego build comes to life!
Bring movement to your Lego builds through Bobsleds, Catapults, Race cars and more.
Connect circuitry and Lego bricks to build and illuminate the city of your dreams.
Take Lego to a new level when your build comes to life with augmented reality.
Integrate robotics and Legos to create an animal sidekick of your choice.

SUMMER CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS
Exploration Place is offering 200 needs-based scholarships for students to attend either In-Person, Digital Discovery or Lego Community Camps this summer.
The opportunity is open to students ages 6-13.
Interested students are asked to submit a one-page essay, piece of artwork, or comic strip demonstrating why they want to partake in a summer camp.
Scholarships are available.
Fill out the easy scholarship application ONLINE or request a paper copy from your Walters, Angelou or Alford librarian.
The deadline to apply is April 30th and recipients will be notified by May 15.
