Mr. Adam Dean

I am one of the music teachers at Enders, and this is my 4th year teaching here (18 years teaching).

I received my Bachelor’s of Music Education from Washburn University in 2003, and my Master’s degree in Elementary Music Education from Wichita State University in 2014. I completed my Kodaly levels at Wichita State in 2012, and my Orff levels at Baker University in 2019.

In my spare time, I play drums in a local cover band called Eclectix. When I’m not teaching or playing, I love spending time with my wife, and our two beautiful daughters. We equally love traveling and relaxing at home! We also love our hockey; go Thunder!

Ms. Eva Stumpfhauser Phillips

I’ve been teaching over 30+ years in K-12, arts and computer graphics. My passion for teaching is seeing students find their creative side and know that there are no right or wrong answers in art. Teaching a student to use problem solving is a great way to create art.

One of my favorite artists is Pablo Picasso.

"If you're stuck in a painting, then stop and draw something else. Draw a flower and put your love into that flower. Then your powers will come back again." - Pablo Picasso

Mr. Miguel Rivero

Hi, my name is Mr. Rivero. I have been teaching for 5 years. I was born in Puerto La Cruz, Venezuela, and I have lived and taught in Hawaii (on the Big Island), in Colorado, in Texas and two different times in Kansas.

I have always loved being physically active and teaching PE really is not just my career, but my passion.

I have two kids: A son who is currently on his 2nd enlistment in the Marines as a rifle instructor and a daughter who is a junior in RV which is a high school in Colorado. She is planning on being a teacher after she attends and graduates from college.

My wife of 20 years is a director of a college in Colorado, and she also teaches as well. So pretty much my whole family is in education, and we consider ourselves lifelong learners.

I love doing things outdoors, working on projects around the house, going to the gym and reading. I’m also a pretty big fan of all things movies.

I have two Boston Terriers (they are father and son-Chip and Chico) and my family teases me because of how much I love and take care of them.
