Ms. Jennifer Hardy

My name is Jennifer Hardy and I love teaching students with special needs!
In 2010, I received my Bachelor of Arts in Speech-Language and Hearing from the University of Kansas and in 2012 I received my Master of Arts in Teaching from Wichita State University. Having taught in different districts across Kansas has given me the opportunity to teach many students with exceptionalities. My teaching journey has brought me to the wonderful district of USD 259 and Enders Community Service and Leadership Magnet Elementary School. I love being an Enders Owl!
At Enders, we believe that all behavior is communication. Students can if adults will, and all students can learn. Our job as educators is to meet students where they are at educationally, foster their love of learning, and help them grow into responsible citizens in our community.

Ms. Abigail Cronin

I am starting my first year with the Enders and the Mixed Abilities Program as the 1st-2nd grade instructor. I received my bachelors in elementary education and a minor in special education from Fort Hays State University December of 2020.

While I was working on my degree I worked as a para with various programs with students with high needs. I am continuing my education by attending the Low Incidence Special Education Masters at Wichita State University and also earning a degree in Applied Behavior. My primary goal for my students is to increase independence as much as possible. I aim to do this by prioritizing communication and life skills as well as academic goals.

I am excited to be a part of the Enders Family! I believe that all students are very capable and I utilize positive reinforcements to motivate and support them.

This is my first year at Enders and I am teaching the Fourth and Fifth grade Mixed Abilities Classroom. I graduated from Fort Hays State University with my bachelor's in psychology in 2018 and my master's degree in High Incidence Special Education in July of 2022. I am working towards my Low Incidence Special Education Endorsement. This is my fourth-year teaching in special education, and it is my passion to serve those students with unique abilities. My goal for my students is to increase independence and inclusivity for them within their school and community. I believe in giving each student a voice and helping them learn to advocate for themselves! In my classroom, we focus on kindness, respect, and love to ourselves, our friends, and our community. I am so excited to be a part of the Enders family and cannot wait to see what this journey brings! "All students can if adults will" is our motto this year!
