No staff member will lose employment as a result of this change.

Employees are not alone in this process! WPS will provide additional support for impacted staff, including:

• Each school recommended for closure will have a dedicated HR specialist to support staff in new position opportunities
• Extra paid time for packing and setting up classrooms
• Ample supplies for packing
• Heavy Haul will move boxes
• Other items in development as we listen to feedback
