Transition to Adobe Acrobat DC: Adobe Systems no longer supports the Adobe Flash Player version that has been used to create BOE Agenda Portfolios. In March, a transition began to use Adobe Acrobat DC Professional to create BOE Agendas. The Acrobat DC portfolios will look slightly different yet will be backward-compatible with most earlier versions of Acrobat. If you are not using or do not wish to use the free Acrobat Reader DC, click here for instructions [Word file] on how to change settings to view the portfolios. In April and May, BOE Agenda Portfolios will be published in both Acrobat Reader with Flash Player and Acrobat Reader DC. Starting June 1, BOE Agenda Portfolios will only be published in the Adobe Acrobat DC version. Please call the Clerk of the Board's office at 316-973-4553 if you need assistance.
To download an Adobe PDF in any browser, right-click on the link and select the "Save Target As" or "Save Link As" option depending on the browser. Save the Adobe PDF file to your device, then open the PDF using Adobe Acrobat DC or other Adobe Acrobat products.

Publication Notes: The main BOE Agenda and a Portfolio including the Appendices are published by the end of the business day on the Thursday prior to a regular meeting. The Human Resources report is not available online; copies are available in the display rack outside the Board meeting room. After a Board meeting, final versions of the main BOE Agenda and Portfolio are published here. As a convenience, the agenda files and minutes are available online for three years after the end of the calendar year in which the files are published.
