P4028 Incentive and Retention Bonus for Teacher Leaders
Teachers who are assigned as Teacher Leaders at designated student attendance centers will receive incentive and retention bonuses as authorized by K.S.A. 72-2244. The purpose of the incentive and retention bonus is to attract and retain Teacher Leaders at the designated student attendance centers.
Administrative Implemental Procedures:
- Guidelines will be developed by the Superintendent or designee that provide details concerning the teacher leader program and teacher leader duties.
- Incentive and retention bonus payments will be paid on an annual basis on the June payroll check.
- The teacher leader program may be terminated at the end of any school year.
