Returning parents with an active ParentVUE account can update information, complete standard enrollment forms, approve policies, complete waivers, pay for enrollment fees and school meals, and fill out free and reduced price meal forms online. Parents are encouraged to use this service in order to streamline the enrollment process. Online enrollment through ParentVUE is now available. (Go to the Enrollment tab). Online Enrollment may be completed on a computer not on a mobile device.
In-person Enrollment: We will offer in-person enrollment next week (July 27 and 28, noon to 7pm; July 29, 8am to 3pm). These sessions will support families who are not able to complere enrollment or pay fees online. However, you DO NOT NEED to come to in-person enrollment to complete the process if you can do so online. Even fee payment may be completed online or delayed until closet to the time school begins.
Does your student show listed at an incorrect school on ParentVUE due to a change of home address? Online enrollment can be completed regardless of whether the student shows at the correct school. After completion of online enrollment, please contact the school staff at your child’s new school. Upon presentation of proof of address, the school staff will change your child’s school on the district's system. You can either pay online after changes have been verified or pay at the school.
For families who NEED to come to school, please know that we will be following safe practices and will be limiting the number of people who are in the school at one time. When you arrive at Franklin, please park along Martinson Street and call the school phone number (316)973-9850 to confirm that you are here and to see if you may enter the building. You will be admitted through Door #1 or Dorr #15 and directed to the propler place to enroll your student. We ask that only ONE adult per family come into the building during enrollment to help reduce the total number of people in the space at any time.
