Mrs. Conduff believes every student is unique, and that they are shaped by their home, communities, and classrooms. She desires for students to grow through having ownership of their education. Mrs. Conduff strives to create a classroom environment focused on positivity and growth! She enjoys being outside and connected to nature. Mrs. Conduff likes to kayak, fish, hike, and camp. She aims to unplug during the weekends and breaks when possible.

Mrs. Kralicek has taught at multiple levels of education (middle school, high school, and college), but middle school is her favorite and is where she has spent the most time during her teaching career. She believes every student can achieve and learn to their fullest potential. Mrs. Kralicek loves to see her students have moments where they get it and it clicks for them. She wants her students to love learning and reading since they will need it throughout their life. Mrs. Kralicek enjoys reading, spending time with family, and being a softball and track mom.

Mrs. Suderman believes that teaching is all about building kids up to success and showing them their potential. She is passionate about giving students a safe place to challenge themselves and grow both academically and personally. Mrs. Suderman desires for every student to leave her classroom feeling like they are loved and matter to her. Mrs. Suderman really loves to read. She particularly enjoys reading fiction books and her favorite is Harry Potter. She is also a huge lover of movies and TV. She loves watching shows like The Office or Parks and Rec and loves to watch movies like Inception or Nacho Libre. Mrs. Suderman also loves music. She plays the piano and frequently sings on her church’s worship team.

Mrs. Weixelman focuses on equipping students with skills that will help them in real life. She knows that ten years from now, what will matter is the ability to think critically and creatively, respond to texts and media, communicate effectively with other humans, understand different perspectives, and use the power of mathematics to change your life and the world for the better. Mrs. Weixelman enjoys scrapbooking and gardening.
