While Covid-19 has definitely made things more challenging, we have been working extremely hard to ensure the event will be packed with memorable times for our seniors. There will be a hypnotist show and some lucky graduates will get to be involved. We’ll have games, food, a DJ for dancing, Family Feud in the auditorium, special photo op area, AND FABULOUS PRIZES! Every senior in attendance will leave with a prize valued at least $25 plus a chance to win prizes like: TV, mini-refrigerator, Keurig machine, microwave, gift cards, and more! The party will be going strong from 10:30pm-3:30am on Monday, May 9 after graduation.

If you have not already done so, please send in your $25 Project Grad payment with order form and Peace of Mind Agreement. We must have the signed Agreement on file for your senior to attend the celebration. Contact the NW bookkeeper, Debbie Lietzke, at 973-6020 if you don’t remember if you’ve paid. You can even pay over the phone.

Please consider taking part in 2022 Project Graduation. Remember, we are doing this for all our seniors! What is needed to run this event is lots of VOLUNTEERS! We need as many of you as possible to help monitor exits and hallways, oversee party games, help with food and prizes. We are asking for your presence as chaperones for two-hour blocks of time starting at 10:00pm, but it would be great if you could stay all night. Clean-up will last until about 4:00am.

A video presentation is being created and will be displayed during the graduation ceremony at Koch Arena which includes the graduates’ cap and gown photos. To make it even more special, you can have your senior’s baby/toddler picture included with their cap and gown picture in the presentation. Project Grad is selling flash-drives with the cap and gown/baby pics plus loads of fun high school memory pics. Each senior will be able to upload up to 50 fun high school pictures to be included on the flash-drive. The vast number and variety of pictures will make the flash-drive a cherished keepsake to look back on in 20, 30, 50 years or more. The flash-drive can be purchased on the order form towards the top of this page. Please submit your baby/toddler picture to (Email Address Coming Soon). The high school memory pictures should be uploaded to (Location URL Coming Soon). The deadline to submit all pictures is April 25th, 2022.

Seniors can purchase the special Project Grad Combo which includes a shirt, yard sign and flash-drive for only $25! The order form showing the shirt design and yard sign is at the top of this page. The names of all graduating seniors will be on the shirt. Please indicate the size on the form and include payment. All seniors who wear their Project Grad shirts to our big event will receive two extra tickets for a chance to win a drawing of one of the BIG PRIZES. Volunteers are encouraged to also buy shirts to wear the night of Project Grad. The order form includes a place to purchase volunteer shirts.
