I have been the Physical Education at Kelly since 1992.  I really enjoy teacching PE to elementary students because they want to learn so much.  We will learn many different motor skills and fitness activities that will start Kelly students on a life time of fitness. 

Hi! I'm Mrs. Newsted, formerly Ms. Metcalf.  I am in my 20th year of teaching in the Wichita Public Schools.  The first 12 years was at the Middle School level, and the last 8 years I have been teaching at the Elementary level.

I am married, and the mother of 7 ranging in age from 27 to 4.  I have lived in Kansas my whole life, and I graduated from WSU in 1997.

I am excited for this school year and getting to know each and every one of my students♥♥
