What is NAL?

The National Academic League® motivates and recognizes academic athletes much like their athletic peers. By successfully combining the important aspects of team sports -- such as competitiveness, strategy, teamwork and cooperation in a group effort -- with important aspects of learning -- such as problem solving, critical thinking and scholarship -- the NAL® generates the same popular enthusiasm and pride as do sports teams. When do we meet?
NAL meets every Monday and Wednesday after school beginning the Wednesday after Labor Day from 2:30 to 4:00. Games are Thursdays from 3:45 to 5:15. Students must arrange their own transportation home.
Our first game is in October, and last game is in early February. The last game of the season is the All Star game and League Championship game.
