Cross Country

Let's go for a run! Cross Country allows student athletes to build muscle and endurance as they run outdoors. 7th graders run 1 mile and 8th graders run 2 miles. There are several races during the season. Cross Country is a great way to get in/maintain physical fitness for running and all other sports.

Coach: Mr. Sam Belsan
