Wichita Public Schools (WPS) Office of Parent and Community Support is here to help families and community members with any needs related to a child’s education. Whether you have a concern, a question, or a compliment to share, you can do so on this form.
 

Three Simple Steps for Support

WPS is committed to providing the best education for all children, with great customer service. At times, families may need support resolving an issue. We encourage you to follow this simple three-step process:

Step 1: If your student has a problem at school, first reach out to your student’s teacher.
Step 2: If you need additional assistance after speaking with the teacher, arrange a meeting with the school administrator.
Step 3: If you still need support after those steps, please contact the Parent and Community Support office at:
