This is the primary way that you will have an opportunity to do business with USD259.

Incomplete profiles may slow down the process as USD259 will need to request further information.

It is your responsibility to maintain your profile with the most up-to-date contact information, W-9, and Debarment Form.

New Suppliers are referred to as "Prospective Supplier". A prospective supplier will have their supplier profile set up and all initially requested information entered into their profile. They will have the ability to Bid/Quote on requests sent out by the Wichita Public Schools Buyers.

W-9
SAMs/Debarment Form (Optional)
Employee Contact Information
What products and services you would like to receive RFB/RFQ/RFP requests

Begin by selecting New Supplier Registration and fill in required fields, including contacts and addresses.

If your Tax Organization Type is individual, you must enter your social security number even if you have a W-9 Tax ID#. Your company should be your name.

Business Classifications is where you get the opportunity to declare any classifications to your business, including Hub Zone, Minority Owned, Disabled Veteran Owned, Small Business, Veteran Owned and Woman Owned. IF your business doesn't fall under any of the classifications, select "none."

Once you have filled out all the fields and the questionnaire, click Register.
