AMAC Transition - Week 2 moves scheduled
Description
AMAC staff will move into their new offices at 903 S. Edgemoor in phases, beginning the week of July 10 and through the week of Aug. 21.
Pending any changes, the schedule is as follows:
- July 7 - Superintendent
- July 10 – Human Resources and Employee Benefits, and 3rd floor and 9th floor meeting rooms
- July 17 – Marketing, Administrative Support Offices and Clerk of the Board
- July 24 – Accounting, Budgeting and Payroll
- July 31 – Legal, Magnet and Purchasing
- Aug. 7 – Student Services, Medicaid and Title 1
- Aug. 14 – Finish up Student Services, Medicaid and Title 1
- Aug. 21 – CTE, Learning Services, Fine Arts and Student Records
- Aug. 28 – 31 – Final clean up and depart from AMAC
Please call the appropriate department or 973-4000 prior to any visit to the administrative center during this time to ensure the location of the department before visiting.
