Cody Koenigsman, a senior at Levy Special Education Center, has been a student at Levy since elementary school. While at Levy, he played with the Levy Legends, the school’s basketball team.

“He really likes basketball,” said principal Kathleen Johnson. “He’s also a yell leader and loves to show his school spirit, even though he’s a bit shy.”

Cody volunteers at Village Travel doing custodial work through the school’s community-based instruction program. After he graduates, he will go to Catholic Charities to learn more job skills.

“He has really grown, changed and matured during his time with us,” Johnson said. “I’m so proud of him.”
