Open enrollment for benefits will be available to employees October 30 – November 13, 2020 for the 2021 school year. New this year, the current 2020 benefit choices will automatically carry over for the 2021 plan year unless an employee makes changes. New insurance cards will only be issued to employees who make changes to their benefit choices.
Employees who are currently enrolled in the cash option will not have to upload proof of coverage for the 2021 year to remain in the cash option.
The wellness discount will automatically be applied for all employees enrolled in the health plan for the 2021 year only.
Employees who enroll in a Flex Spending account are required to enrollment every calendar year.
