Parents have the option to change their child’s learning model for the second semester (3rd and 4th quarter), which begins January 25, 2021.
Parents have the option to change their student’s learning model for 2nd semester
Parents need to fill out the form at the attached link to let us know your preference by November 30. If you do not fill out the form, you student will continue in the learning model they are currently using.
Parents who have more than one student attending (school name) will need to fill out the form for each child. If you have children who attend different schools, you will need to fill out the link to the form that corresponds to that school.
The deadline to complete the form is Monday, November 30, to allow us time to create schedules in order to maintain social distancing to the best of our ability.
The ability for students who choose onsite/blended onsite to attend school in person starting January 25, 2021 will be determined by the percentage of COVID-19 cases in the community.
