We have received a shipment of devices for families who chose the learning option of onsite/blended onsite (face to face).
To be able to check out the device, you will need to fill out a couple of forms. You will receive a link via email to be accessed through your ParentVUE account. If you do not have access to complete the forms online please contact us to schedule a time for you to come in.
In the event our school or district pivots to remote learning from home, we want all of our students to have access to a device to join their class for online learning.
To be able to take a device home, all families will need to complete a Technology Sign Off form and opt in or out of device insurance. While the form is not optional, insurance is optional. If you opt out of insurance, you are liable and responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen devices.
A ParentLink email will go home each evening this week. It will include the link to the technology sign off form. One of the questions will be about insurance. Once you have completed one form per child and paid insurance if you have chosen to, you are done with the process.

Insurance fees are based on your free/reduced lunch status.
Insurance must be paid PER CHILD/PER DEVICE
Insurance can be paid over the phone by credit card, in person with cash or on MyPaymentsPlus.
We need the technology form to send home devices. We are moving towards 1:1 technology for each USD259 student. This form will be required whether we go remote or not.
