There will be no girls basketball conditioning tonight; it will resume next Tuesday.
To conclude South’s Mental Health Awareness Week, we would like to bring attention to the importance of suicide prevention. For our final event, some of our students will be speaking about their personal experiences with mental health for the Hope Show. Get a pass to the auditorium form the CCC, a counselor, or an administrator.
Students, next week is South High’s College and Career Week. Every day next week, wear your favorite college or career shirts. Listen to the announcements each day for a chance to win some awesome prizes! The Titan Time with the most college and career spirit will win a donut party! And don’t forget, if you’ve been accepted to a post-secondary institution, come to M-17 with your acceptance letter or email to claim your “accepted” t-shirt.

When: Nov. 4th Saturday 9:00am (sharp!) until noon
Where: Meet in faculty parking lot in front of gym
Why: to plant 100 trees (trees will be about 6-8 feet tall) on Sough High campus to beautiful our campus

GSA Students! We will be hosting a GSA Halloween Movie Night Thursday the 26th! You must collect a permission slip from Mr. Hernandez-Rubero, Mrs. Mohr or Mrs. Nance, have it signed by a parent or guardian and return it BEFORE Thursday. We invite you to come the leadership meeting on Wednesday (10/25) in K20 to vote on a movie selection and discuss snacks. It’s going to be an Egg-cellently spook-tacular event!
