School Counselors
School counselors help every student improve academic achievement, personal and social development, and career planning. School counselors in the 21st century are highly trained educators in pre K-12 settings who uphold ethical and professional standards to design, implement and manage comprehensive, developmental, results-based school counseling programs that promote and enhance student success.
School Psychologists
School psychologists work with students individually and in groups. They also develop programs to train teachers and parents regarding effective teaching and learning strategies, effective techniques to manage behavior at home and in the classroom, working with students with disabilities or with special talents, abuse of drugs and other substances, and preventing and managing crises.
School Social Workers
School Social Workers are trained mental health professionals with a Master's degree in social work who provide services related to a person's adjustment to school and/or society. School Social Workers are the link between the home, school and community in providing direct as well as indirect services to students, families and school personnel to promote and support students' academic and social success.

Behavioral Health School Liaisons (BHSL)
The Behavioral Health School Liaison facilitates the implementation of a school-based behavioral health model. The Mental Health Intervention Team (MHIT) consists of the BHSL, the assigned therapist, and ICS for each of the buildings. The BHSL is a pivotal member of the school behavioral health team that works collaboratively with the mental health agencies to address the needs of students in the foster care system, as well as other students identified as needing additional behavioral health support.
